2Reflect Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using 2Reflect (“the Software”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Software — no hard feelings.
License
Effective Flow GmbH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use 2Reflect for your personal or internal business purposes. The full licensing terms are available in the software license.
In plain language: you can use 2Reflect for teaching, presenting, and annotating to your heart’s content. You just can’t redistribute it or claim it as your own.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
- Use the Software to build a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
Service Availability
2Reflect is desktop software that runs locally on your Windows device. We do our best to keep it stable and reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will work perfectly in every environment, every time. The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We may release updates, but we’re not obligated to maintain, support, or update the Software indefinitely.
Data and Privacy
2Reflect is designed with privacy in mind. We don’t collect personal data or send your information to external servers. For full details on what data the app handles and how, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effective Flow GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software (if anything).
Termination
These terms are effective for as long as you use 2Reflect. If you violate any of these terms, your license terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
