2Reflect Privacy Policy

This application does not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (PII)—such as your name, email address, or account identifiers—for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

To mirror your screen, drawing and annotation data leaves the computer where the 2Reflect server software is installed, travels through a relay service, and is delivered to the 2Reflect web client running in your browser on another device you control. That path crosses the public internet; all such connections use TLS-encrypted channels. Relay servers forward this traffic only—they do not store your screen, drawing, or annotation data.

Telemetry

The app sends telemetry, logging, and performance metrics to https://telemetry.2reflect.effective-flow.com/. We use this data to improve stability and performance.

Retention: Our telemetry systems keep this information for 14 days. Anything older than that is automatically purged on a rolling basis; we do not keep historical telemetry beyond that window.

Examples of what may be included: the app version, configuration flags, performance metrics (such as frame rates and memory usage), and non-identifying error logs or crash reports.

None of this telemetry, logging, or metrics data contains PII and it cannot be used to identify you personally. (We care that the software works well for you—not who you are.)
